• We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above $1000 USD.

• Orders below $1000 will be charged an additional shipping worth $272, calculated at checkout.

• All parcels are shipped via secure, insured delivery partners like DHL or FedEx.

• Each piece is packaged with care, and includes a certificate of authenticity, invoice, and luxury gift box.

Estimate & Duties, VAT & Import Taxes at Checkout

• For international orders (outside India), import duties, VAT, and local taxes are included in standard checkout total.

• Example for UAE and GCC: 5% VAT and 5% import duty.

• When you select your shipping country, we’ll display an estimated breakdown of applicable duties and taxes.

• You’ll have the option to pre-pay these charges at checkout to ensure a smoother delivery experience.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Standard orders take approximately 4–5 weeks to produce (excluding certification and shipping).

• Fully customized designs may take 5–6 weeks.

• Delivery Timelines:

  • India: 1–3 business days post-dispatch

  • International: 5–7 business days post-dispatch

• Remote area deliveries may take additional time.
