Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all certificates, tags, invoice, and packaging.

Custom or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders – Important Details

All pieces are shipped from India via our Dubai logistics partner.

Returns must be shipped back to our Dubai agent at the customer’s cost, including duties and taxes.
Return Only - Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality check.

After approval, your refund will be initiated within 10–14 business days.

Depending on your bank, the amount may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Please note: Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange - Refunds

Exchange requests will be processed only after your returned item has been received and approved.

If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable, e.g., in case of price adjustments) follow the same 10–14 business day processing timeline.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any duties or VAT on exchanged items.
Additional Notes
- Products returned without original certificates or packaging may not be accepted.
- Minor repairs can be provided on a case-by-case basis, with applicable charges.
