Refund policy

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all certificates, tags, invoice, and packaging.

  • Custom or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders – Important Details

  • All pieces are shipped from India via our Dubai logistics partner.

  • Returns must be shipped back to our Dubai agent at the customer’s cost, including duties and taxes.

Return Only - Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality check.

  • After approval, your refund will be initiated within 10–14 business days.

  • Depending on your bank, the amount may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

  • Please note: Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange - Refunds

  • Exchange requests will be processed only after your returned item has been received and approved.

  • If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • Refunds (if applicable, e.g., in case of price adjustments) follow the same 10–14 business day processing timeline.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any duties or VAT on exchanged items.

Additional Notes

  • Products returned without original certificates or packaging may not be accepted.
  • Minor repairs can be provided on a case-by-case basis, with applicable charges.
